Regulator Still Fails to Protect Public

Readers of News 195 (January 2015) will know of our concerns about the outdated measures in force to warn the public of, and protect them from, an emergency at Sizewell, and also that the Office for Nuclear Regulation had signed up in 2014 to new and far-reaching European provisions in the HERCA/WENRA approach to nuclear emergencies.
