Decommissioning of the plant fto take 40 years plus!) is beset with problems: the need to constantly keep the ruined reactors and spent fuel cool with 400 tons of cold, fresh water daily, water which drains out of the bottoms of the reactors and has to be contained in numerous hastily built underground tanks because it is radioactive……
